Which institute is better: Globsyn Business School, Kolkata or IIBS, Kolkata?

GLOBSYN BUSINESS SCHOOL is undoubtedly the best amongst all the private B-schools in India. The way the Business School adapted to the changing environment is certainly praiseworthy. It definitely gave the students a live example of agility and adaptability in times of disruption. It perhaps became our the biggest management lesson. In times of a pandemic when we were witnessing lay offs Globsyn Business School managed to provide a decent placement and summer internship opportunities. The unique pedagogy of Globsyn Business School has always made sure it's students stay ahead of the curve. The experiential learning methods helped the students to relate to the practical world corporate problems. It also infuses the spirit of leadership within an individual through its various initiatives. The focus on holistic development of the Business School perhaps make it the most unique in Eastern India. The atmosphere, the corporate culture of this b-school inculcates a value system within the students which help them a lot in the long run in the corporate world.

Recently I went to their website to look UPAT the recent placement figures and was quite impressed with the latest Statistics from their Placement that shows the top 3 CTCs this year as 23.34 LPA, 20.14 LPA, and 13.58 LPA respectively, with the average at 7.51 LPA. Their website also showed their average CTC hike over the past few years is quite remarkable at 49.30%. Coupled with these impressive placement Statistics is their experiential learning pedagogy that is integrated a lot of high-end technologies.
