You should prefer UPES over DIT Dehradun -
I have heard that DIT is available for admission to nearly all percentages, UPES , you will have to check the cut off. It would be best if you log in to both the sites Best for you would be to log in to their site and check their academic details of wide platform, exposure, faculty, scholarship then log in to some more college sites like JECRC, LPU, JNTU etc and check their schemes so that you have a better idea of benefits.
