Which institute is better to pursue PGDM in HR and marketing among Apeejay School of Management, Delhi and Birla Global University, BBSR?

If location and moving to Bhubaneswar is not a problem for you, then I would recommend Birla Global.

You need to disclose and explore other options on your way. Both of these colleges have certain limitations in term of placements.
