BITS Pilani is five decades old engineering institute with international known brand image and is on par with legacy IITs. It's Pilani campus has world class teaching facilities and excellent faculty. Placement record of institute is very good. I am of the opinion that BITS Pilani is a better option in comparison to VIT for doing B.Tech.

BITS Pilani, (all campuses) are far better than every private engineering college, like VIT, SRM, etc.
Few of the many reasons are-
Much higher ratio of students selected in JEE Advanced.
    Good infrastructure
    Excellent placement records
Admissions are based on merit of BITSAT
    Good faculty

    Hi,
BITS Pilani would be a better option because VIT, Vellore proves to be very expensive according to some of the students already studying there. Moreover BITS has highest packages from all branches.

BITS Pilani, BITS Hyderabad or BITS Goa all of them are better than VIT.
The flexibility offered in study by BITS campuses are even better than IITs.
I bet, if BITs were to be Government College, they would be at par with top IITs.
Many top alumni and professors rank BITS Pilani very higher. So, without doubt, BITS any of these campuses is good.

I'll suggest you go for BITS, Pilani as this college has good tie-ups with many MNCs and also the number of companies visiting is a little bit more than VIT. VIT also has tie-ups with many MNCs but the number of companies visiting the campus is low. So, in terms of placements, BITS is the best option.

BITS-Pilani is, any day, better than VIT-Vellore. The flexibility of the course curriculum you get here along with the opportunities for internships in practice schools are unparalleled. Some of the USPs of BITS include the multitude of electives, dual degree integration, amazing campus life and zero attendance policy.
