One should prefer IIT BHU for core branches. IIT Hyderabad is doing great but IIT BHU is an old IIT. It has the merits of alumni, placements and well-established structure. Core branches like civil and mechanical are best in IIT BHU.

    Hi,
If you want to pursue a dual degree then I would like to suggest you IIT-Bhubaneswar over IIT-Hyderabad
because IIT-Hyderabad is known for its computer science and IT branch.
IIT-Bhubaneswar is the best option for mechanical as it is situated near the industrial area. Also, the faculty of mechanical branch in IIT-Bhubaneswar are good and students of Bhubaneswar are of good nature.
