Hi Amey, Although, there are very few UPSC Coaching Institutes available in Goa but , probably Goa Education Development Corporation (GEDC) has started some coaching Institute, and another place where you may get coaching is St. Xavier's College Goa, other options which you can check are: Paradigm

i dont think you will find such institute in goa. you can get postal coaching from some good coaching institute of delhi.
