Which institute will be the best for civil engineering in NITs(NITK, NITW, NITRKL, NITT)? My SAT score is 2400. I'm applying through DASA.

Go for NIT Warangal. It is one of the oldest and well-reputed institutes. In fact, the placements are also good.

Ranking wise, NIT-T is in first position, but I think NIT-W is famous for civil engineering.

National Institute of Technology, Warangal.
National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal.
Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad.
These will give you right education and most importantly good placements.
