Which institutes can i opt to pursue animation course during my vacations? I am 11 year old, Am I eligible for the course?

i'm underage and want to do an course of animation as i'm good at it alongside my school during vacation, my age is 11 is there any school which allows underage guest to learn animation for the number of days i learn?? please answer my question right now!!!!
