MLISC IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PHD ANY WHERE IN WORLD. GO FOR PG PROGRAM DIFFERENT LIKE MA(HINIDI), MA(ENGLISH),MA(URDU) AND DO MPHILL IN DAT PARTICULAR LANGUAGE. HOPE U UNDERSTOOD.
