Both the options provide you immense opportunities to build career.
Companies hire on the basis of knowledge you have in the field you want to build career in. So, a BBA and B.Tech are good options to for MBA. -
Both, B.Tech+MBA and BBA+MBA are good options and open multiple career opportunities are there in the field of management. You may choose any of the options based on your interests and orientation. If you are technically oriented then you must go for B.Tech else BBA. Although, there is no justification and valid reasons, Indian industry prefers B.Tech+MBA over BBA+MBA.
