    Hello Dhanesh
See, there is no common parameter which can judge a B-School to be good or bad it just depends on the criteria on which is it judged which can be different for different people. Now to tell about which is better among both, see this depends on your criteria, but I am an MBA professional from Jaipuria so I can tell you that, yes, Jaipuria embeds you with the seed called professionalism. Here you are made corporate ready which can be witnessed only when you join and similarly, placements, brand value, all are decent among the corporate world.
    All the best.

Jaipuria Institute of Management Lucknow. They are one the top b-schools of India according to NIRF framework, Min. Of HRD. This year they have secured 73rd position in the ranking. I don't SEE ITM Navi Mumbai in the NIRF ranking at all for 2020 or 2019. So, I'd recommend Jaipuria Institute of Management.

Both are well known institutes in their respective region:
ITM in Mumbai and Jaipuria in Lucknow (North India)
But , in ITM Navi Mumbai, the placements and the exposure are a lot better.
Even then, you should decide according to different aspects while deciding on the college such as :
    1.Accreditation of the institute.
    2.Teaching faculty.
    3.Institute's infrastructure.
    4.Specialization offered.
    5.Placements
    6.Tuition fees.
    7.City preference.
    8.Industry interface.
