First of all, clear the fact that there is no such difference in computer engineering and computer Science, both are same, they are named differently. -
Dear Deepak,
I would suggest you to choose computer Science engineering. It is because, if you want to go in government sector, job also you will find some opportunities, though it is very low.Difference between both is as follows:
CS takes a more balanced approach between theory and application while IT focuses more on application.
CS offers you an opportunity to learn variety of topics related to computers. IT offers you an opportunity to discover innovative uses of those fundamental concepts.
