MSc in microbiology is a core field. if u want to go for mba, then you should go for a very good college. for that u need to prepare well for CAT, NMAT, CMAT, IIFT, XAT, etc. good score in any of these entrances will do.

MBA in healthcare will enable you to make career in heath related industries, while M.Sc in microbiology will open arenas for academics as well as industries.
