Which is a better choice among M.Com and co-operative exam preparation?

I am from Durgapur West Bengal. I completed B.Com Honours this year with 50% marks from Burdwan University. My dad want that I should do job. He is less interested about my further studies because there aren't good job opportunities in West Bengal.
