Which is a better college among LJ Institute of Technology and Gandhinagar Institute of Technology?

I can easily get admission in CE in Gandhinagar Institute Of Technology through merit, but I can also get CE in LJ Institute of Technology through NRI Quota (i.e. paying a donation fee of approx. 3 lakh rupees).
