BIT-Jaipur is a government oriented college and LNMIIT on the other hand is private. However, placements are better at LNMIIT and you'll get more exposure in coding at this institute. You can get better colleges but if you want to chose out of these then go for LNMIIT.

Your rank will secure you a good branch in both colleges. What BIT Jaipur lacks for in terms of infrastructure, it makes up for with it's faculty and placement record.
