Hi, Selecting a university is a big decision and a very difficult task, as our career depends upon that. I would highly recommend LPU because of the following reasons.
1. Infrastructure: The University is spread over 600 acres which provide each and every facility to its students inside the campus. Well, considering education, well-equipped labs are designed with experienced faculty and lab assistants that make you excel in the study.
2. Faculty: Every semester, the syllabus is updated. The faculty members are available all the time of the week so that the student can approach any time of the week. LPU has lots of experienced faculty members specialised in certain fields that can help you boost the knowledge, help build up your projects, guide you in your pace of life, any personal or educational issues, etc.
3. Diversity: The University with the most diverse student population. Students from all across the world live in the hostel, which comes the closest to being 'a home away from home'. The mixture of races and religions helps to build a decent environment. It's very exciting because you will get a chance to interact with people from different nationalities, cultures, and different backgrounds.
4. Campus Life: At the end of a tiring day or week, everyone expects Entertainment and refreshing ways to uplift their daily boring schedule. But here in LPU, they conduct so many big events where they call popular celebrities and help their students to feel more alive and energetic, which makes life in LPU more fun.
5. Placements: LPU has excelled in the placement records as students are trained with the professional enhancement programme classes, where they teach and educate you about the interview skills and etiquettes. Moreover, the university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. Companies that visit LPU are Amazon, Tech Mahindra, ITC, Trident Group, Khimji Ramdas, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Capgemini, Bosch, TCS, Nestle, Adobe Systems India Private Limited, Vlcc Health Care, Hdfc, Crescendo Group, Rallis India, and several other firms. The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30 LPA. More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-12 LPA. Thanks.

LPU which tends to change instruction through scholastic meticulousness; pragmatic direction and result based education. The LPU infrastructure is quite vast and enough to support all types of practical like the ones needed for agriculture, physical education etc. The lush lawns are very inviting. 3. Pedagogy used
4. International exposure
5. Tech-savvy
last but not the least Placements
I can't comment on CU but yes LPU being in education since last 18 years has fetched many rankings to its credit as compared to any other institute. The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of our students. The latest, NIRF has ranked LPU among top 100 institutions
