Which is a better college among NIT,Uttarakhand and GB Pant University?

In my opinion, Govind Ballabh Pant University Pantnagar is far better than the National Institute of Technology-Uttarakhand. GB Pant University is a well established University and also it has been awarded for the best state university. It's campus is very good, faculties are very experienced. NIT-U

Of course, NIT Uttarakhand is the best. NITs are the top colleges after IITs. So, why go for GB Pant, go for NIT.
