Which is a better college among UGC recognized colleges and AICTE approved colleges?

Hi Rizwan,
UGC is the body which gives recognition to universities. It is known as University Grants Commission. It is applicable for universities only. Whichever course one enrolls for in any university, that University should be UGC recognized for that degree to be valid.
