Jamia Hamdard is deemed to be university, it is a semi-government funded university.
So, you should choose this over Presidency. -
Jamia Hamdard University is one of the best private universities that comes under top 20 in NIRF ranking, so Jamia Hamdard is a good university. Medical sciences is of excellent quality. But as for Btech it would be hard to say. But still go for Hamdard. Presidency University, Bangalore is not even that famous still you can rely as the place is IT hub of India.
