    Hi Ashish,
No doubt, that's really a close call. I would say that Chandigarh University is a better university out of the two. Firstly, Chandigarh University is NAAC A+ accredited making it the fastest growing university in the North India with its infrastructure, academics and facilities all complying to NAAC. Chandigarh University is having close tie-ups with reputed universities like University of North Alabama, Arkansas State Universities and more that provide brilliant exchange programs in various fields.

Answer is Chandigarh University. The university with Limca book of record in placements, the highest of ranking in north zone, NAAC A+ grading (the youngest and the only university in India to get this grading in its first round), MOU's 190+ QS ranked universities providing semester exchange and study abroad opportunities tells the story in itself. I will say that we should live in present. And presently the university which is making the difference felt and excelling at best rate is Chandigarh University.
