IIITD is the best because it's one of the 4 colleges among JAC Delhi (DTU, NSIT, LGDTUW). Its faculty, infrastructure, environment and placement records are much better. It is considered as much equal to DTU/NSIT CSE branch.
    All the best.

IIIT Delhi is better in comparison to VIT or KIIT.
IIIT Delhi has good placement, faculty members are very helpful, and study environment is also good.

IIIT-Delhi is an excellent option for doing B.Tech CSE because of its faculty and academic environment.
