LBSIM is better among both the institutes as LBSIM focuses on e-learning and enhance students with the current scenarios.
Moreover you can do specialization in HR in 2nd year. -
If you are planning to do HR, go for a TISS and IMI. These two colleges are excellent for doing MBA in HR and out of LBSIM and UBS both colleges are at same level placement wise and I don't know more about the UBS but faculty of LBSIM HR is good and the plus point of HR in LBSIM rather than UBS. Here, you get a chance to work on different live project, maybe, you don't get it in UBS. If you score near to 90 percentile, go for IMI and FORE. These two are good options.
