    If you really want to pursue MBA from Kolkata, why aren't you opting for Unitedworld School of Business? This institute has been maintaining a 100% placement record since its establishment and has a multi-layer placement cell for providing regional, national and international placements.

    Dear Rashmi Kumari,
    IBS Mumbai is good based on their placement activities than Kolkata. Amongst IBS schools, IBS Hyderabad is at the top. So, you can consider Hyderabad also.

Yes, wards of IBS Alumni can avail scholarship to do an MBA at IBS Kolkata. To be eligible for the scholarship, the candidate’s parent/guardian should be an alumnus of any IBS university in the country. In addition to that, candidates will only be eligible if they clear the IBSAT entrance exam.

The scholarship amount can only be adjusted in the program fees and can’t be used for any other purposes. The scholarship amount for a candidate is INR 2 lakh and can be adjusted in the programme fees for both years.

No, to get admission into IBS Kolkata MBA candidates have to either appear for entrance exams, such as CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ NMAT, and apply through their entrance score or apply for admission through the IBSAT entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Business School (IBS).

Admission into the MBA at IBS Kolkata takes place through micro-presentations and personal interviews conducted as part of the selection process. Hence, there are no direct admissions into IBS Kolkata and all admissions in the MBA programme take place through a series of selection rounds.
