The Bangalore-based GIBS B-school comes highly recommended. The PGDM degree from GIBS, which replaces an MBA and gives students great professional opportunities, gives equal weight to theoretical and practical concepts. The institution is known as NEW AGE B- SCHOOL. It has a proven track record of placements and internships. From 4.25 LPA to 13.5 LPA, the average salary grew. With more than 600 companies, it has internship and placement arrangements.

Recently, GIBS featured industry leaders and founders in the IRE Talks, where they talk openly about their career journey, startups, mistakes, and real-life work experiences. It's very practical and easy to relate to, especially for students like us who are about to enter the corporate world.

You can watch the full episode on GIBS Business School's official YouTube channel, and some clips are also shared on GIBS social media pages. It's something you can just play, listen, and learn from — no heavy theory, just real talk from real people.

What I personally feel proud about is that I got placed with a package of 11.3 LPA in a good company, which really shows how the opportunities here work if you put in the effort. Many of
