Dear Mahinder, I am not aware of MS Ramiah but for mechanical engineering, LPU is much better. My friend also did B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from LPU. Lovely Professional University provides several programs that include B.Tech, B.Tech (Hons. ), a dual degree programme for B.Tech and M.Tech and B.Tech and MBA and integrated programs like B.Tech and MBA and B.Tech and M.Tech. Here at LPU, you can get enrolled in any stream as per your interest and choice. Every year many students join the various engineering courses that are offered by LPU. Frequent guest lectures/ workshops are also organized for them by the university. , Ministry of Science Technology Advisory Monitoring Committee Meeting was held where 42 Scientists from various top universities like IITs, NITs, top Central and State Universities including (LPU) from across the country presented their research proposals. Both Lovely (LPU) or MS Ramiah are equally good for mechanical engineering as Mechanical engineering is the study, design, development, construction, and testing of mechanical and thermal sensors and devices, including tools, engines, and machines. Mechanical engineers work mostly in engineering services, research and development, and manufacturing. As per my findings, LPU offers B.Tech in various programs such as CSE, EE, ECE, ME, CE, Automobile, Chemical, Aerospace, Biotechnology, etc. 1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries. 2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You no need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. 3. Highly qualified faculty. Many specializations are provided by the CSE department such as AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. 4.
