    I am not much aware about PGDM in Finance in DY Patil College. But I can shed some light on your question about PGDM in Finance in PIBM.     As I have done my PGDM from PIBM Pune, so I can share my experience. PIBM provides the students some benefits who are doing MBA or PGDM are corporate exposure to analyzing various Company's Financial and various Reports analyzing, Perform Ratio Analysis, and Forecast the financial to make Buy/Sell Stock Investments using various tools like Bloomberg, Ace Analyzer, SAP - FICO, Advance Excel, and many more.     I don't know about other colleges but as far as I know, PIBM is good for Finance. For the Finance domain, students are given extensive exposure to analyze:
    Company's Financial, Perform Ratio Analysis, Financial Analytics, Financial and Valuation Modeling, Capital Markets, Derivatives, Securities, Hedge Accounting, Fund Accounting, Balance Sheet and cash flow analysis. Students are trained on various tools like Bloomberg, Ace Analyzer, SAP-Fico, Advanced Excel, CISI Certification.     If I talk about PIBM Pune and DY Patil, Both the colleges are extremely good. But as per experience at PIBM, I would suggest you go for PIBM Pune because of PIBMs unique training pedagogies.     PIBM Pune is the best college for PGDM in Finance. As being an alumnus I would like to share my experience with the college.     Well bimm, Isbs is far better when compared with the 2 options provided by you. Because if have talked to many of my friends persuing MBA from Pune and they told me that in Pune Bimm and ISBS are the best.

PIBM has its own unique teaching pedagogy where they train their students on SCPS approach (Sector, Company, and Product/services), Experiential Learning and Profile oriented training.     If you need to consider, then consider PIBM out of the two but look for other colleges as well. If you want to pursue MBA from Pune, then consider BIMM as well.
