Both the colleges are best for pursuing an MBA program, but I would recommend you to join PIBM Pune. For that, you have to do your through research, and it is not always about the placements and other things, but PIBM is doing the most important thing that the experience, exposure and knowledge from professors who are best in what they do, for instance type in google-'Prantosh Banerjee' and you can see who that person is and there are many to talk about. Another person to look for is 'Ajit Sahane'. No doubt, you will get the best of placements, it is the thing that PIBM will train you in all ways possible. From the very first semester, they will groom you and also they train you in subjects like aptitude, communication etc. which are not taught in any other institute.

I assume you are referring to PUMBA and SIBM, Pune. Both are very good college. SIBM, Pune is higher in terms of ranking and highest CTC offered. PUMBA is best when it comes to ROI. There is a big difference in fee structure. SIBM cost Rs 16+ lakhs and also SIBM gives admission based on SNAP which is conducted by Symbiosis whereas PUMBA only accepts MHCET scores.
