    Both the college are good.
If you really want to compare these college, you need to count several facts, like location, faculties, seat matrix, infrastructure, quality of education.
I would recommend join that college which is nearer to your home.
NIT, Warangal is the top college among all NITs.
And, DTU is the second best college in Delhi after IIT Delhi. DTU is the mother of IIT, Delhi
If only education is your priority, then go to NIT.
But, if you really want to enjoy your 4 years in B.Tech with education, then DTU is the place where your campus life will be awesome.

Both the colleges are great, NIT Warangal should be given more preference because DTU has 85% state quota, you should go for DTU if your school is in Delhi region. Otherwise, course curriculum and infrastructure of NIT Warangal is better. DTU is better in terms of placements but again, you will not get a preferred branch at the same rank if you are from outside Delhi region.

NIT, Warangal is better than DTU. They have better placements in branches other than CSE or IT.

Yes, you qualify for DTU if you received a 60% in your 12th grade.

However, admission is primarily determined by your JEE Main rank rather than your grades.

You have to attend JAC Delhi counseling after JEE.

Therefore, you can get DTU CSE/IT if your JEE score is high.

If your rank is low, you might have to look at other colleges or get a different branch.
