Which is a better college to pursue B.Tech/BE in CSE among Galgotias and Chandigarh University?

All these three are doing pretty well in this branch which is highly sought after and has maximum opportunities. But change is the only constant in computer engineering ! And very few universities like LPU have adjusted dynamically to the continuous updations and changes in the industry. As an Educator I would compare the universities on following: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a program which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy :The teaching pedagogy forma the backbone of how the program is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech program must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech program. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc are given high importance in the organisations. The program must include the training or modules on all these. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a college is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. This helps the professionals know how the other departments and the profit center heads work, what are the expectations etc. The college must have innovation labs, design thinking and business incubator. Placements : The program is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not. If your college ticks all these right boxes, go for it! Some good ones are : IITs, BITs Pilani, VIT, Thapar and LPU. DVD

Well, Chandigarh University is better than Galgotias University, because it is much older University. It has much better reputation than Galgotias University. But, Galgotias is also a better University, when it comes for placement. Although, Galgotias University is much costlier than Chandigarh University. CS and IT department of Galgotias University has the best placement record. Nearly, all the students from CS and IT department get placed. As somebody mentioned below that it has not approval or it is not a genuine University, all these stuffs are fake. Galgotias University is approved by UGC. UGC took last visit to Galgotias University for inspection and final approval. They had given the approval to the University.

Chandigarh University is the best college to pursue B.Tech in CSE. It is because of the accumulative consequence of an extravagant in-campus educational organisation; strong national and international partnerships; and a healthy on-campus recruitment record.
