I will prefer. UPES, Dehradun. It focuses well on the par subject and performance. So I'll go with UPES. Amity is just a namesake, the best private university. As a variety, it fails on focusing on a particular field. Go to UPES, you will explore your knowledge more precisely.

As per my knowledge, Amity University, Noida is the best among these two. They provide good facilities and opportunities. You can apply for admission here. Good luck.
