BVP, Pune is the best option for CSE branch as compared to Chandigarh University if you are getting admission in BVP, Pune then you should definitely join it.

I had seen the review of BVP, Pune and it seems better than CGC but if people of Pune say that BVP is not good then you can join CGC.
