RKGIT is better than the GLA, Mathura as in case of RKG. It's geographic location is beneficial for the CSE students as there is very high-speed internet is available of all the operators which is the main and most important thing for the students of CSE branch.

Hello there, Among the above mention colleges you should definitely go for GLA-Mathura for B.Tech in CSE in terms of Placement, academic, atmosphere, campus crowd, surrounding, infrastructure, etc. Hence, go for it. All the best.
