Which is a better college to pursue B.Tech in ECE, Manipal-Jaipur or Symbiosis-Pune?

Symbiosis, Pune will be better than Manipal Jaipur as Manipal is relatively new campus, may not have enough recruiters in the beginning cycle, quality may not be at par with parent institutes in Manipal.
