LPU is inferior to the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology in my view. The institutes staff and professors are a top-notch bunch with a lot of knowledge in their specialised disciplines. They have routinely placed students above 95% for the previous years.

In my opinion, LPU is lower to the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology. The instructors and staff at the institute are a first-rate group with a wealth of expertise in their respective fields. For the past six years, they have consistently placed students above 90%. The highest placing pack

Thapar University on any day. Thapar has big brands. Placements are so good, faculty members are good, infrastructure is better than all of these. Brands like Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, NVIDIA, Samsung, Accenture, WIPRO, Infosys, Amazon, and Yahoo come here for the placement. I'll recommend Thapar Unive

Honestly, with 91%ile and 90+ in boards, you've got a decent shot at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.

CSE core might be tough at that percentile, but branches like ECE, Electrical, Mechanical, or some newer specialisations are definitely possible.

It'll depend on counselling rounds and

Bro 91.1 percentile is solid 👍 not crazy high, but definitely workable.

For Thapar:

  • CSE/COE is honestly tough at that percentile.

  • ENC/ECE maybe borderline.

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical — you’ve got a decent shot.

  • If you have Punjab quota, your chances improve a lot.

It really depends on compet
