Would choose MANIT Bhopal (NIT Bhopal) over DTU, considering NIT tag, excellent campus placement.

Among these two colleges, DTU is much better than NIT Bhopal. Whether you compare in any criteria such as infrastructure, faculty members, learning environment, placement opportunities etc.

I recommend CSE from DTU over MANIT because recently a package of over 1 crore is given to a student from DTU and also DTU is ranked better than MANIT and also DTU is situated in the centre of our country.

MANIT-Bhopal is the good option as DTU has recently stated the B.Tech course so he is still improving its college so this college is in improvement stage so you can join MANIT For CSE branch. All the best
