I recommend CSE from DTU over MANIT because recently a package of over 1 crore is given to a student from DTU and also DTU is ranked better than MANIT and also DTU is situated in the centre of our country. -

You will find divided opinion if put to vote. Both are equally good Institutions. Reputed to have good faculty and staff and good placelement cell. I would vote for MANIT.
