From both the colleges that you have mentioned above, the best college for the CSE branch as according to my knowledge is MSRIT, as this college has best infra, quality placements and experienced faculty.

MSRIT is better for computer science engineering as compared to BMSCE. So, I would suggest you that if you get a chance of admission in that college then surely go for it.
