Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. Hello Bipul, Among your colleges that you have listed, RVCE is best for CSE. Yes, we cannot neglect the NIRF latest ranking VIT secured 13th position, but as Bangalore is an IT hub and RVCE is the best college for CSE, there you must prefer this, due to its wide exposure and very good placements.
