Which is a better college to pursue CSE, KIIT or BVP?

KIIT and BVP are more or less at the same level. There is not much difference in terms of academics or placements. Therefore in my opinion you should choose according to the branch that you are interested in.

I think you should join KIIT University, if fee in so an issue. Campus life, Placement and everything is good there. You will learn a lot there. It is one of the best private colleges of India.
