NIT Jalandhar is better for ECE.

PEC Chandigarh and NIT Jalandhar both are good colleges. Both have their some different insights, but I suggest you that if you are getting NIT then please don't leave it because NIT is brand in itself. Placements are also extremely good in NIT.
