Which is a better college to pursue management education DoMS IIT Madras or new IIM's?

I have scored 97.81 percentile in CAT and I have already got a call from DoMS IIT Madras . I am expecting calls from a few newer IIM's too by mid may. I just declined IMT ghaziabad offer for PGDM Marketing at Ghaziabad , was that a wise decision and how should I move forward.
