Students who enrol in the GIBS-offered PGDM degree, which is the equivalent of an MBA, have good career prospects and get an equal emphasis on theoretical and practical principles. The GIBS students taking this course develop the managerial, executive, and leadership abilities necessary to deal with any problems they may encounter in the workplace. The average income package was Rs 6.30 LPA, and the median wage was Rs 4.2 LPA. Among the top 600 employers were Coca-Cola, Paytm, Amazon, Puma, Bose, Toyota, Flipkart, Oracle, Havells, Axis Bank, Tata Motors, and others.

I believe that GIBS Bangalore is a better option for PGDM which is equivalent to MBA programme. For students, the institute offers a variety of programmes such as finishing school, C2C, global immersion, placement training, internships, and more. GIBS offers IRE, finishing school, foreign industrial trips, entrepreneur expert presentations, and more.
