    There are many universities which would offer scholarship. But you need a college which would cater to your all round development. The name that comes to me first is LPU which carefully nurtures its students and propels them to the pinnacle of success so that their hard work culminates to a point which would be the cause of envy of many.     I would advise you to expand your horizon a bit and look for other options as well. I would suggest you Lovely Professional University. Before getting yourself into distracting points, you need to know following important facts about LPU and its Mechanical engineering course.     SMVDU is a centrally funded university while Chitkara is a private university. According to me, SMVDU will be a good choice.
