PIBM Pune is a better college for PGDM in Marketing and HR. PGDM is a flagship program of the college and the curriculum is designed as per recent corporate demands. More than 300 top companies are coming to the campus for hiring students with some excellent profiles.
Even in the pandemic situation, PIBM organizes online classes, placement preparation, mock GD-PI, and most of the students of batch 2019-21 are placed with reputed companies like Deloitte, e-Clex, Cians, Dabur, ITC, Reckitt Benckiser, TIAA, LODHA Group, Xanadu Realty, CITCO, and many more. with the highest package of 15 LPA and the average package of 6.5 LPA.

Hi! I think PIBM shall prove to be the better option. As far as I know, PIBM has unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. They have regular corporate events, IVs, dual internships, and much more. Apart from this, the students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode. All the best!
