BBA is better than B.Com, Reason being BBA is considered as specialization at graduation level and it offers you various opportunities for industry exposure, etc. which isn't there in B.com.
After completing, you can expect a good job with good package subject to you have completed BBA from a reputed college and you have gained essential knowledge during your internship, which is not there in B.Com.
