BSc IT is a program wherein students are trained to work as Developer in the field of Computer Applications Development and Maintenance. BSc CS is a more academic course, and focuses mainly on mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing and help students to become Systems Developers.

My answer was clear. At graduation level it will not make any difference between both B.Sc IT and B.Sc CS. But if you do M.Sc CS then you have an edge over M.Sc IT students.
