There is good scope in every field. Please remember that you should pursue a stream based on two things :
-your career goal
-the type of job you want to do

It depends upon your preference.BDS has a wide scope but M.tech offers u wid great opportunities in large cities like delhi , mumbai but with BDS u can earn well in any city.Moreover BDS has a very good scope if u plan to study abroad.

Mtech is best but do it in top colleges so that you can take your oppurtunities forward
