    The concept of architecture and civil engineering is very fascinating. Architecture engineer denotes the attractive designs of big Monuments and structures whereas in the case of civil engineering, includes construction of bridges, flat and enhance highways and building projects.

    architecture is one who designed the model where civil works over this model and design
    the working part is more in civil.
    both are good programs. Go for civil where you can learn both the programs
