You can choose either MBA or CA. But I would say that you choose CA as it includes everything.

If you want to get the knowledge of accounting as well as taxation (GST as you mentioned), according to me, you should choose CA with a combination of LLB. Why I am saying LLB because in the near future if you want to make a career in indirect taxation, GST refunds will be greater opportunity for CAs if they have done LLB so they can handle the refunds cases. -
GST, ITR, etc, are jobs for accountants. Hence, CA is the only option among all that deals with these subjects. All others tread shortly but there concept is entirely different.
