Both M.Tech and MBA are good career options after engineering graduation degree. M.Tech will make you a specialist in the chosen field and you can make your career as a technologist. You may seek admission in M.Tech if you are technically inclined. If you are not technically inclined then you may opt for MBA and become a generalist. Currently, the scope of MBA is wider but industry has slowly started paying good salaries to technologist also. Good technical resources can do MBA after few years of experience when they move into middle manager or upper roles. Such professionals can evaluate E-MBA or MBA by distance learning as an option.

If such is the case, then MBA is a better option.
